How Do I Register?
Registration
Registering at SKOSH allows you to create an account, which enables you to check the status of your order and expedite future checkouts. To register for an account, click on the upper right corner of any page. Once you are a registered user, simply click “Sign In” at the top right of the homepage to access your account. If you’ve forgotten your account password, please select “Forgot Password” during the sign-in process to reset it.
Newsletter
You can subscribe to the SKOSH newsletter by clicking on the bottom right corner of any page. By doing so, you will receive regular updates on new products and restocks. If you wish to unsubscribe at any time, simply select “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any newsletter.
How Can I Order?
Ordering Online
To place an order, add an item to your cart and proceed to check out. Once your order has processed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information. Please note, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the order details or delivery address. Please ensure all details are correct prior to purchasing. Products on www.maisonskosh.com are sold on a first come first served basis. Your item is not reserved once you add to cart. However, once you begin the checkout process the item will be reserved for 5 minutes to allow you to complete your purchase.

If the item you are interested in is out of stock please click waitlist on the product page and enter your email address to sign up to be notified when the item is back in stock.
Where Is My Order?
Shipping
All orders are shipped from our studio in Buenos Aires, and are all fulfilled by DHL. Orders placed online typically arrive within 7/10 business days from the date when the order is confirmed. In the event of a delay, you will be noticed by e-mail. The exact shipping costs are calculated at the checkout page based on the weight of the items selected. All shipment outside of Buenos Aires are handled through DHL express delivery, and a tracking number is provided with the shipping confirmation email. We offer worldwide shipping.
Duties and Taxes
All shipments destined outside of Buenos Aires are entitled to import taxes and duty fees. International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. SKOSH has no control over this and can not be held as responsible for any of these fees or taxes, nor is it responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. In accordance with Argentinian export regulations, SKOSH is required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly.
If the receiver refuses to pay taxes + duties or refuses the delivery for any other reason, the item(s) will be returned to our studio in Buenos Aires and the order will be refunded only once the item is returned back, excluding return shipping fee, and original shipping fee.
Please note that the duty and sales taxes are non-refundable through SKOSH. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Tracking your Delivery
A tracking link directing you to the shipper’s portal will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.
Can I Change My Order?
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges of products. If you would like to order a product in a different color or size, just place a new order.
How Can I Pay?
All payments made on www.maisonskosh.com are secure. You may pay by debit card, credit card and Paypal.
What Is Your Return Policy?
SKOSH has a 10-day return policy: you have 10 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our return center for a refund.
Any claim regarding the delivery of Product(s) must be submitted in 10 working days following receipt of the Product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag, etc.) and according to the following shipping conditions.
If you would like to request a return, please send us an email to hello@maisonskosh.com with your email address and order number. Once you have submitted your request, return instructions will be sent to you within 72 hours. Please do not ship your return back without this authorization, as it will not be processed. Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender.
No parcel returned as cash on delivery shipping will be accepted, whatever the reason.
The costs and risks pertaining to the return of Product(s) are borne by the sender.
Original shipping costs are non–refundable. SKOSH reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
