Refund Policy

Since all our pieces are handmade and produced in limited editions, we do not accept returns.

However, if your item arrives defective or damaged, you may request an exchange, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the exchange.

  • The item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
